Starting therapy doesn't have to be complicated. Here's exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Book Your Free 15-Minute Consult

Click the "Book a Consult" button, and you'll be taken to my scheduling page. Pick a date and time that works for you. No phone tag, no waiting — just choose your spot.

Step 2: Fill In Your Info

You'll answer a few quick questions and see my session fee upfront. No surprises. If it works for you, confirm your appointment.

Step 3: We Meet

We hop on a free 15-minute video call. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what's bringing you to therapy, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

Step 4: We Decide Together

If we both feel good about working together, we schedule your first full session. If it's not the right fit, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.

Step 5: Your Work Begins

Your first session is 50 minutes. We go at your pace. No judgment, no BS — just real support from someone who gets it.
